The rules for using PakShop, for buyers and for sellers.

What PakShop is
PakShop is a marketplace. We provide the platform; independent sellers list, price and fulfil the products. Your contract of sale is with the seller. PakShop is responsible for the platform, for verifying sellers before they can list, and for adjudicating disputes under the returns policy.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Give accurate details, particularly the delivery address and phone number.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account — keep your password private.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions may be closed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the seller confirms it. A seller may decline an order if the item is out of stock or the price was listed in error, in which case nothing is charged — orders are cash on delivery and no payment is taken up front.
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are set out in the delivery policy.
Refusing delivery
Cash on delivery depends on good faith. Repeatedly refusing delivery of orders you placed costs sellers real money, and we may withdraw cash on delivery from your account or close it.
For sellers
- Every store is verified before it can list. Verification documents must be genuine.
- Listings must be accurate — description, images, price and stock.
- Products are reviewed by PakShop before going live, and again after material edits.
- Confirm and dispatch orders promptly, and respond to buyer messages within two working days.
- Honour the returns policy. It applies to every seller.
- Commission is charged on the goods value of delivered orders, excluding delivery.
Stores that mislead buyers, sell counterfeits, or persistently fail to dispatch may be suspended or removed.
Prohibited items
Anything illegal in Pakistan, counterfeits, weapons, prescription medicines, and anything infringing another party's intellectual property.
Content you post
Reviews, questions and messages must be your own and must not be abusive or misleading. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, PakShop is not liable for a seller's acts or omissions, and our liability for any order is limited to its value.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use PakShop means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
