What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how cash on delivery works.

Charges
- ₨ 250 per seller on orders under ₨ 5,000.
- Free delivery on orders of ₨ 5,000 and above.
The charge is per seller, not per item. PakShop is a marketplace, so a basket containing items from two shops becomes two orders that ship separately and may arrive on different days — each carries its own delivery charge, and each qualifies for free delivery on its own value.
Timeframes
Orders are dispatched once the seller confirms them, normally within one working day. After dispatch:
- Major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar: 2 to 4 working days.
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 6 working days.
- Remote areas: up to 8 working days.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and courier backlogs around Eid add time. You are emailed at every status change and can follow the order in your account.
Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan wherever our courier partners operate. If your area cannot be served, you will be told at checkout rather than after you order. We do not ship internationally.
Cash on delivery
Payment is cash to the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is charged when you place it.
Please have the exact amount ready — couriers frequently cannot give change. You may inspect the parcel's exterior before paying, but couriers are not permitted to wait while you try items on. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse it and tell us the same day.
Failed deliveries
Couriers make up to three attempts, usually on consecutive working days. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable — an unreachable number is the most common reason a delivery fails. After three failed attempts the order is returned to the seller and cancelled.
