What we do
PakShop brings independent Pakistani sellers onto one storefront. Sellers list their own products and fulfil their own orders; we handle the platform, verification, and the rules that make the two sides trust each other.
Every seller is verified
A store cannot list anything until we have checked who is behind it — CNIC and business documentation. Products are reviewed before they go live and again after material edits, so a listing cannot be approved and then quietly changed into something else.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is taken up front, and we do not store card or bank details. For a lot of people in Pakistan this is still the only way online shopping feels reasonable, and we would rather build for that than against it.
If something goes wrong
Returns run through PakShop rather than being left between you and the seller. If a seller does not respond, or you disagree with their decision, we step in. The returns policy applies to every store on the platform.
Selling with us
If you make or resell something and want to reach customers nationwide, apply to open a store. You keep your own pricing and your own customers; we take a commission on delivered orders and nothing on delivery charges.
